Gary Van Vliet is Allstate Recruitment’s Indigenous Recruitment Manager (WA). His extensive recruitment background stems back 9 years where he has been employed as an Aboriginal Recruitment Specialist for large recruitment companies being such as TSS Westaff; Skilled Group and Karlka Recruiting Group. Gary has successfully supplied an Aboriginal workforce to large & mid-tier Production Mining & Civil Mining Companies being BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Thiess, Brierty’s, Leighton’s, McMahon’s and the like.
He has a vast knowledge of Aboriginal people & there culture has attended & organized Cultural Awareness workshops for some of his mining clients.
